David Harbour reunited with several of his Stranger Things co-stars on Thursday night, seven months after his noticeable absence from events celebrating the finale of the Netflix series. The 51-year-old actor, who played Jim Hopper in the sci-fi show, joined Natalia Dyer, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Noah Schnapp for two affiliated events in Los Angeles.
The group posed together on the red carpet inside the Meryl Streep Center for Performing Artists before taking the stage for a panel alongside casting director Carmen Cuba and stuntman Hiro Koda. They later attended Netflix's Emmys FYSEE event at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, joining co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer and executive producer Shawn Levy.
This marked a rare public appearance for Harbour, who the Daily Mail exclusively reported last year had faced 'pages and pages' of bullying accusations filed by co-star Millie Bobby Brown during the season five shoot in 2024. The alleged complaints did not include any sexual impropriety. The outcome of the reported investigation remains unknown, and neither Harbour nor Brown have directly commented since the allegations surfaced in November 2025.
Brown was notably absent from Thursday's events. Harbour's last public Stranger Things appearance before Thursday was at the final season premiere in Los Angeles on November 6, 2025. Despite the allegations, Brown has publicly praised Harbour, calling their reunion 'so nice' and 'really exciting,' and stating they have been 'united' for the last 10 years.
At the premiere, Ross Duffer addressed the claims, saying, 'I can't get into personal on-set matters, but I will say we've been doing this for 10 years with this cast. At this point they're family, and we deeply care about them. Nothing matters more than having a set where everyone feels safe and happy.' Executive producer Shawn Levy added, 'You have to create a respectful workplace where everyone feels comfortable and safe, and we did everything to build that environment.'
