An archive photograph of Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadžić was incorrectly identified as showing Serbian president Slobodan Milošević. The error appeared in a print edition only, accompanying an article on Ratko Mladić's death.
Location error corrected
Whitstable was also wrongly described as being on the UK's south coast. The town is actually on the north coast of Kent, as noted in a correction to a piece on an oyster firm's growth.
