Andrew's Comeback Plot Exposed After Legal Victory

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is believed to be mounting a dramatic comeback to the Royal Family following a significant legal victory. On Thursday, October 8, a London High Court judge ruled that search warrants obtained by Thames Valley Police to raid his properties earlier this year were unlawful.

The police force admitted they made a "significant error," and proceedings are ongoing to determine whether detectives can retain evidence seized during those raids.

No Longer Feeling Sorry for Himself

Speaking on the latest Daily Expresso podcast, host Emily Ferguson told broadcaster and royal expert Carole Malone that the former prince is "no longer feeling sorry for himself at home." His legal challenge has brought him back into the spotlight as he plots his return.

Ferguson said: "He's spent the last few months clearly fighting and thinking how can I change this?" She added: "But is this going to change anything? It's going to serve his ego but in the court of public opinion?"

Concerns Over Court Appearance

Malone remarked: "And what happens if he has to go to court? He's not going to go to court. And the king will strap him to a chair if he thinks he's going to go to court as we've seen how he performs in front of people."

She continued: "The problem is I don't think he's got any good friends because a good friend would say to him: 'Don't do this, this is only going to bring more you know what down on your head. Do not do it.'"

Ongoing Investigation

Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office in February this year before being released without charge. The investigation, which includes accusations that he may have shared confidential British government information with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, remains ongoing.

Ferguson said: "He's never actually been convicted of anything and he strongly denies everything that has happened. From his point of view, he's completely innocent and he's done absolutely nothing wrong. He absolutely believes that whether it's true."

As a consequence of the accusations, as well as claims around his relationship with Epstein, the late Queen Elizabeth II stripped him of his honorary military titles and royal patronages in 2022. He is no longer permitted to use the style "His Royal Highness" (HRH) or his princely titles in an official capacity.

Malone added: "I'm not a fan, I think he's a pretty horrible human being. His own family don't like him, you saw Wills' reaction last year when they met at the funeral." She said: "It had all gone quiet. It was nice and good. We weren't thinking about it or talking about it or having a go, but now we're having a go again. Has he got a death wish, literally?"
