Prince Harry has seen a rise in approval ratings following his reunion with King Charles, according to a YouGov poll conducted on July 21-22. The Duke of Sussex's favourability increased from 30% in late April to 33% in the latest survey, marking a six-percentage-point rise since May 2025. However, 58% of respondents still held a negative view of Harry, and 9% said they did not know.
King Charles reaches highest approval
The poll also revealed that King Charles has attained his highest approval rating since becoming monarch, with 68% of the public believing he is doing a good job. His personal favourability rating has remained steady between 59% and 63% over the past two years.
Waleses top the list
The Prince and Princess of Wales continue to lead, with favourability ratings of 76% and 74% respectively, holding steady in recent years. Princess Anne came third with 70%, while Edward and Sophie received 53% and 51%.
Lowest ratings for Andrew, Meghan and the York sisters
At the bottom of the poll, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie received 30% and 29% favourability respectively, marking their first appearance in a YouGov survey. Meghan Markle scored 22%, while Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor received just 2% favourable with 92% negative.
