Piers Morgan has criticised claims of a “rival royal plot” by Harry and Meghan, branding their behaviour “stinking hypocrisy.” Speaking on The Royals Uncensored, he warned that the couple’s return risks creating “a rival royal family now in this country.”

Morgan said the couple want the trappings of royalty without the work: “They couldn’t have their royal cake and eat it.” He highlighted the irony of their demand to be treated as “public figures” after fleeing the “misery of being public figures.”
“You trash our country, you trash our family,” he declared, calling their latest briefing a clear step backwards.
