After a searing summer, John Harris and John Domokos return with a new video examining the state of British politics. The piece opens with a Labour conference that was overshadowed by forces attempting to push the world into a frightening future.
Greens' Sudden Crisis
The video also looks at the Green party, which is experiencing a sudden crisis. The report highlights the internal turmoil facing the party at a critical moment.
Holborn and St Pancras Byelection
Attention then turns to the byelection contest in Holborn and St Pancras. This race is presented as a perfect example of the troubled and polarised politics currently shaping the country.
The film concludes with a focus on the impossible lives of Londoners, tying together the broader themes of economic pressure and political instability explored throughout the piece.
