Jamie Laing, known for his role on Made In Chelsea, is reportedly set to join the panel of BBC's Dragon's Den as a guest investor. The 37-year-old reality TV star turned entrepreneur will appear alongside veteran business figures such as Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones in the upcoming 23rd series of the show.
According to reports, Laing follows in the footsteps of other celebrity guests who have entered the den, including former footballer Gary Neville, fashion stylist Trinny Woodall, and fitness expert Joe Wicks. While many recognise Laing from his E4 reality show days, his business acumen is well-established. He co-founded the vegan confectionery brand Candy Kittens in 2012, which achieved a £15 million turnover in 2024 and later acquired healthy snack bar Graze for £36 million.
In addition to his business ventures, Laing hosts BBC Radio 1's drivetime show and runs a media company called JamPot Productions. He also co-hosts the podcast "Newly Parents" with his wife Sophie Habboo, a fellow former Made In Chelsea star. The couple recently welcomed their first child, son Ziggy, in December last year.
Laing's recent Disney+ documentary, "Raising Chelsea," documented the couple's journey to parenthood. Speaking about the production, Laing explained that they used a single camera to capture an authentic feel. "If there were three cameras and a set-up, it feels forced," he told the BBC. "We wanted to capture everything... There is nothing off limits - I don't like the idea of a filtered version of ourselves."
Sophie Habboo added that the vlog-style filming felt natural, and the couple often forgot the camera was rolling. The Mirror has contacted representatives for Dragon's Den and Jamie Laing for comment.
