The intelligence files note that Hitler carried a whip throughout the 1930s, which profilers labelled an 'auxiliary symbol of missing sexual potency.' One encounter with a tall, buxom blonde woman reportedly left him 'inflamed' with 'feverish' cheeks, after which he spent the afternoon 'swinging his whip' in what was deemed a 'pubescent' display.
Recent DNA analysis of blood found on a sofa in Hitler's bunker has suggested he may have had Kallman syndrome, a genetic condition that disrupts puberty and sexual development, causing low testosterone and a high likelihood of a micro-penis. The CIA documents concluded that 'psychic if not also physical obstacles' made 'real and complete sexual fulfilment ever impossible.'
