Zelensky Confirms Attacks on Russian Oil Infrastructure
President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Ukraine has escalated drone attacks on Russian energy infrastructure, including Baltic Sea ports and oil refineries. This strategy aims to target Moscow's war chest, especially amid rising oil prices. The attacks have caused emergency power blackouts in Russia-controlled parts of Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
NATO Chief Urges More Support
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte urged Ukraine's allies to increase their financial contributions, noting that support expenditure is not evenly distributed, with only a limited group of countries leading the effort.
