Molly-Mae Hague Reveals Unique Name For Second Child

Molly-Mae Hague has finally revealed the name of her newborn daughter, Bambi, after weeks of speculation. The former Love Island star, 23, and her partner Tommy Fury, also 23, welcomed their first child on January 23, but the announcement came a week later.

The new mother shared a photo of her daughter in a nursery with a neon sign bearing the name Bambi, alongside a plush toy from the Disney film. In the caption, she simply wrote: 'Bambi' followed by a white heart emoji.

The name, of Italian origin, derives from 'bambino', meaning 'child'. Molly-Mae had previously warned fans that they would either love or hate the name, admitting she had chosen it as a young girl. She said: 'It's very different and rare, and you're either going to love it or hate it.'

Fans have largely praised the choice, with comments such as 'crying what a beautiful name' and 'gorgeous name x'. Paris Fury, Tommy's sister-in-law, added: 'Her name is just as cute as her.'

Molly-Mae, creative director at PrettyLittleThing, documented her pregnancy journey online. Following the birth, she wrote: 'Becoming your mum has been the best thing to ever happen to me.'
