Married At First Sight Australia's 2026 cast members have had a rollercoaster ride this year, with many relationships ending in disaster. Since the show wrapped Down Under, several brides and grooms have already moved on with new partners, hard-launching their romances on social media despite still being married on-screen.
Alissa Fay, 33, has found love with Australian Ninja Warrior star Nathan Ryles. After her disastrous Final Vows with David Momoh, who stormed off before reading her speech, Alissa said of her new relationship: "I am so in love. Never felt like this before in any previous relationship. I thought I knew what love was and that feeling, but this is a connection I can't even describe and I feel so lucky to have this man by my side."
Runaway bride Brook Crompton, 28, left the experiment halfway through, deserting husband Chris Nield. Since then, she has revealed she is engaged to her ex-boyfriend Harry and is pregnant with their first child. The couple got engaged during a romantic trip to Aspen.
Gia Fluer, who seemed smitten with Scott McCristal during the show, has since hard-launched a new relationship with reality star Alan Wallace. She described him as the "love of her life" and shared clips of him with her young daughter, adding: "No revenge. I got the love story of my dreams."
Grayson McIvor, 35, has moved on with a woman named Sasha, whom she met at a singing lesson. She joked: "When you meet someone who is fluent in word salad," and revealed: "Two months after the experiment finished, I went to do a singing lesson with this particular woman – and apparently I'm not a good singer. But I realised I didn't really want her to be my singing teacher, and we've been seeing each other since then."
Scott McCristal, meanwhile, is coyly seeing someone new. He said: "There is someone in the picture, but I can't really confirm anything because it's early days. I know what I deserve and what I don't deserve. Someone's out there that will meet my needs and actually accept me for who I am." He added that the person is someone he already knew before, and they were friends first.
