Verstappen Denies Hamilton USGP Victory, Secures Constructors' Title for Red Bull

Max Verstappen triumphed over Lewis Hamilton at the United States Grand Prix, denying the Briton a first win of the season while clinching the constructors' championship for Red Bull. The race, held at the Circuit of the Americas, saw Verstappen overcome a slow pit stop to overtake Hamilton in the closing laps.

Carlos Sainz, who started on pole, was forced to retire after being hit by George Russell at the first corner, causing a water leak. Russell received a five-second penalty for the incident. Verstappen inherited the lead but a poor pit stop allowed Hamilton to move ahead, setting up a tense finale.

Hamilton held the lead for much of the race but could not fend off Verstappen's faster Red Bull in the final laps. The Mercedes driver finished second, matching his best result of the season. Charles Leclerc completed the podium after starting 12th due to a grid penalty.
