Adam Thomas Breaks Silence After I'm A Celebrity Win Amid Furious Rows

Adam Thomas has issued an emotional statement after being crowned winner of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in a chaotic final that saw Jimmy Bullard accuse him of being 'intimidating, aggressive and abusive'. The reality star took to Instagram to reflect on his journey, writing: 'I walked through this journey with my heart first... there were moments that could have broken me, but I stayed true to myself.'

The final descended into turmoil when Jimmy Bullard confronted Adam over their earlier row about the Rancid Run trial. Bullard had decided to quit the trial, forfeiting Adam's place and leaving campmates stunned. In the final, Bullard claimed he told producers he wanted to leave to secure his full fee, and accused Adam of intimidating behaviour. Ant and Dec intervened, with Ant stating he did not find Thomas intimidating, sparking further arguments that saw Gemma Collins walk off and Sinitta shout at the audience.

Despite the chaos, Thomas was crowned winner, but he did not appear happy at the moment. In his statement, he addressed the controversy: 'I have realised that when people try to dim your light, it says more about them than it ever will about you. I carry no negativity towards you.' He also paid tribute to his wife on her birthday, calling her his rock. 'This experience has shown me my strength in ways I never imagined,' he added. 'I stayed kind, I stayed grounded and I stayed real.'
