Danny Dyer has issued a warning to fans of the series Rivals ahead of its second season, hinting at even more explicit nudity. Speaking about the show's approach to nudity, Dyer stated that if female actors are required to bare their breasts, then male actors should also be willing to show everything. He emphasised the equal-opportunity nature of the production, noting that the series does not shy away from displaying male nudity.

Behind the Scenes Injuries

David Tennant, who portrays Lord Baddingham, previously disclosed that he sustained an injury while filming a sex scene for the second season. He collided with a wooden bed frame during the shoot, highlighting the physical demands of such scenes.

The Independent's four-star review described the new season as a "Disneyfied, sexed-up version of the Cotswolds," with sex scenes that are "silly" and "never overly explicit" within the context of an expensive soap opera. The series continues to blend drama, humour, and risqué content, drawing viewers into its lavish world.
