Coleen Rooney threw a pilates party for her family and friends to launch a new product in her growing health range. The event took place at Colshaw Hall in Cheshire and was attended by several well-known WAGs, including Lisa Carrick, wife of Manchester United manager Michael Carrick; Annie Kilner, the pregnant wife of Kyle Walker; Tanya Bardsley; Georgina Cleverly; and Haylee Fletcher.
The day began with a pilates class led by Lucy Bruce from L.B Pilates, followed by an expert talk from nutritional therapist Faye Thompson of Lift Nutrition. Guests swapped champagne for protein drinks, and Coleen, 39, led the pilates session on a yoga mat, displaying a strong core in photos taken at the event.
After the workout, attendees enjoyed a healthy lunch at Colshaw Hall, with nutritional dishes specially selected by the Applied Nutrition team. Guests shared photos of fresh fruit and salad on social media. Coleen has been working with Applied Nutrition for several years and credits their products with helping her feel and look good.
The event marked the launch of Coleen's new Debloat Capsules.
