The scene, which saw Vicki and her half-brother Mark travelling on the District line in her wedding dress, was meant to add drama but instead sparked confusion among fans.
In the episode, Vicki was due to marry Ross Marshall at Walford Park. After a problem with the wedding car, Mark convinced her to take the Tube, leading to a delay caused by a broken-down train ahead. The carriage briefly lost power, but they eventually made it to the ceremony. However, many viewers questioned why they didn't simply walk, given the park's proximity.
Taking to Reddit, one fan wrote: 'What on earth were they doing on the tube? I thought that park area was literally a 2 minute walk away.'
