EastEnders Fans Baffled by Vicki Fowler's Tube Journey to Wedding

EastEnders viewers were left scratching their heads during Wednesday night's episode as Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) took the Tube to her wedding, despite the venue being seemingly just a short walk away. The scene, which saw Vicki and her half-brother Mark travelling on the District line in her wedding dress, was meant to add drama but instead sparked confusion among fans.

In the episode, Vicki was due to marry Ross Marshall at Walford Park. After a problem with the wedding car, Mark convinced her to take the Tube, leading to a delay caused by a broken-down train ahead. The carriage briefly lost power, but they eventually made it to the ceremony. However, many viewers questioned why they didn't simply walk, given the park's proximity.

Taking to Reddit, one fan wrote: 'What on earth were they doing on the tube? I thought that park area was literally a 2 minute walk away.' Another added: 'I literally said the same thing when I watched it. I was like isn’t it just down the road?!' A third commented: 'I’m confused as to why Vicky and Mark needed to get the tube... I always assumed the container junction is where The Dagmar was originally.'

The Tube journey was not the only twist. The episode ended with a bombshell as Ross realised Vicki had been having an affair with best man Zack Hudson. Despite the high drama, the logistical puzzle of the Tube trip dominated fan discussions online.
