Marks and Spencer has updated its 2024 Summer Beauty Bag, making it available for purchase without the previous £35 spending requirement. The bag, worth £170, is priced at £30 and contains 12 products, including four full-sized items and eight deluxe samples. According to insiders, stock is down to the 'last units'.
The bag originally launched with a £35 minimum spend on clothing, beauty, and home items, but M&S has now confirmed it can be bought separately. The change follows the bag selling out online last week, though it has since returned to the website.
Inside the bag, shoppers will find a 10ml bottle of Floral Street Arizona Bloom perfume (worth £29), Ren Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic, Dr.PAWPAW SPF Lip Balm, and This Works Perfect Legs Body Butter, among other items. The bag has received a 4.9-star rating from over 1,000 reviews.
One shopper commented: 'The Summer Beauty Bag is absolutely brilliant! There is everything you need inside from skincare to make up and perfume. The Floral Street perfume on its own costs £28, so paying £30 for the whole bag is a real bargain.'
However, not all reviews are glowing, with one customer noting: 'Disappointing batch of items that I would not normally buy. Whilst the leg moisturiser is very nice, the rest of the items are not suited, particularly the hair and perfume products.'
The M&S Summer Beauty Bag is available online and in stores while stocks last.
