Scrambled eggs are a classic breakfast or lunch option, but they can sometimes feel bland. According to food Instagrammer Maham, who posts as @sugarwhines, adding just three ingredients can transform them into a rich, indulgent dish.
The secret lies in garlic, mushrooms, and a touch of flour. In a video, Maham explains how to make 'Garlic Butter Eggs' that are 'creamy, melt in your mouth' and perfect for any meal.
To prepare, heat oil in a pan and scramble beaten eggs until done, then set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms for two minutes. Stir in flour and chilli flakes, cooking for another minute.
Pour in milk, stirring continuously, and cook on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens. Fold in the scrambled eggs and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with sausages, tomatoes, or on toast.
