Carnbroe Care Centre gets Good and Very Good ratings

Carnbroe Care Centre in Coatbridge has received 'Good' and 'Very Good' ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The purpose-built home provides nursing, residential, dementia, palliative and respite care for up to 73 residents, spread over two floors and split into four households.

The staff team were rated 'Very Good', with inspectors finding 'significant strengths in aspects of the staffing arrangements and how these supported positive outcomes for people'.

Lyndsey Dick, registered manager at Carnbroe Care Centre, said: 'We’re very pleased to have received ‘Good’ and ‘Very Good’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission. We pride ourselves on our high standards of care for our residents, who have varying needs and support, and the resident-specific approaches we take for those individual needs.'
