A quiet Westminster neighbourhood has become the centre of a disturbing investigation after a local man discovered his neighbour's decomposing body, following weeks of desperate attempts to get him medical help.
Christopher Caron, a resident of Westminster, Massachusetts, had grown increasingly concerned for his 69-year-old neighbour, Kevin Conway. Mr Caron had made repeated calls to police and health services, pleading for a welfare check after noticing his neighbour's deteriorating condition and unanswered doors.
