As Grace played, Vernon Kay was visibly moved, wiping away tears and saying, “Go on Grace.” His co-star Paddy McGuinness remarked, “Innit amazing like human beings, what we do or what we go through; resilience,” with Vernon agreeing. Other cast members, including Ellie Simmonds, praised Grace for breaking down barriers. Josh Homme added, “This is where you're like, the world is full of magic. No matter what is going on in the world, it's out there.”
