Harry Styles Wembley Gig: Fans Can Bring Water Bottles Amid Heatwave
Harry Styles Wembley Gig: Water Bottles Allowed Amid Heatwave

Fans heading to Harry Styles' concert at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday, June 23, have been informed of a rule change allowing them to bring metal or hard plastic water bottles into the venue. The update comes as the UK braces for a severe heatwave, with temperatures expected to reach up to 40°C and red 'danger to life' alerts issued by the Met Office.

New Water Policy for Heatwave Safety

Wembley Stadium announced that guests carrying metal or hard plastic water bottles will be permitted to bring them inside. These bottles can be refilled at free water stations located throughout the venue. Additionally, bottled water will be available at half price from all bars to encourage hydration.

The organisers stated: "Guests carrying metal or hard plastic water bottles will be allowed to bring them inside the stadium. These can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside."

Additional Guidance for Attendees

Wembley Stadium has issued further advice to help fans stay safe during the extreme heat. Recommendations include taking regular breaks in shaded areas, applying sun cream, wearing loose and breathable clothing, and considering head coverings. Fans are advised not to arrive too early—doors open at 5pm—to avoid prolonged sun exposure, and to limit alcohol consumption.

Free sun cream will be available at all information points inside the venue. Attendees may bring their own sun cream in plastic bottles of 200ml or smaller. The stadium also reminded fans to pack light and comply with the bag policy, and to follow on-screen safety advice.
