Fortnite American Dad Crossover: What You Need to Know
Epic Games is bringing another major pop culture crossover to Fortnite, this time with Seth MacFarlane's animated series American Dad. Following the Family Guy crossover, American Dad arrives in the Item Shop with iconic skins, Backblings, Harvesting Tools, an emote, and a Jam Track.
Release Date and Time
The American Dad items become available after the next Item Shop update. For UK fans, the crossover launches at 1am BST on July 4. European players can pick up items at 2am CET on July 4. In the US, the items drop at 5pm PT / 8pm ET on July 3.
Items and Emotes
The crossover is headlined by skins for Stan Smith and his wife Francine. Klaus the pet goldfish is available as a Backbling. Fans can also equip a Terror Alert magnet Backbling. Francine's handbag (with a brick in it) and a foam finger serve as Harvesting Tools. The set includes an American Dad Jam Track and a funky dance emote inspired by the CIA.
According to leaker Shiina on Twitter, the bundle and Jam Track were revealed on July 2, with the emote captioned, "This one's for the CIA!"
What's Missing
Other characters like Roger, Hayley, and Steve are not included in this crossover, leaving fans to wait for a future update.
