Customer Reviews

While no reviews are yet available for the Dinnerladies stage show due to its future opening, ATG Tickets as a brand has received mixed feedback on Trustpilot. One customer praised the service: 'Amazing customer service, helping me to set up my access account, and then buy my first ticket when it wasn't showing access tickets prices. Thank you!' Another said: 'Excellent service. The girl I spoke to was polite, patient and very helpful.' A third reviewer gave a five-star rating, stating: 'Katie was extremely helpful, very friendly and managed to help me exchange my tickets with minimal fuss.'

However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction. One said: 'I made an error today when booking tickets that could not be sorted out online. It was extremely difficult to speak to someone at ATG as they make it almost impossible to find the number, then it was a long queue. When I got through, Josh handled it just brilliantly. It was just a pity I could not have spoken to someone more easily.' Another commented: 'Once I got to speak to an agent, the service was brilliant. Having to wait twenty odd minutes for the privilege was not that good.'
