Charlene White Confirms Loose Doctors Return to ITV

Charlene White has confirmed that the Loose Doctors will make their return to ITV's Loose Women on Thursday, July 2. The announcement came during Wednesday's show, where White revealed that the panel of doctors will provide medical advice and discuss health topics.

Loose Doctors Return for Special Episode

The Loose Doctors, featuring Dr. Amir Khan, Dr. Nighat Arif, Dr. Zoe Williams, and Dr. Hilary Jones, will appear on Thursday's show. White stated: "There will be lots of medical advice on tomorrow's show, actually, because the Loose Doctors are back. Doctor Amir is joined by all your favourite daytime doctors. Doctor Nighat, Doctor Zoe and Doctor Hilary will be showing tips and advice on hair loss."

The episode will also address vitamin supplement obsession and include lighthearted segments. White added: "They'll be giving their honest take on our vitamin supplement obsession, and there'll be lots of lunchtime laughs as well, so make sure you join them at 12:30."

History of the Loose Doctors Segment

The Loose Doctors first launched in August 2025 as a standalone special episode, focusing on taboo subjects and offering expert guidance on wellbeing. Prior to that episode, Dr. Amir said: "This is the first time four of ITV's Daytime doctors will be on the panel together to look at the health issues that affect us all." He emphasized that the doctors would share expert advice and have candid conversations about topics patients are often too embarrassed to discuss.

During the initial episode, Dr. Nighat Arif became emotional while sharing her son's battle with liver cancer. She revealed: "Afterwards, he ended up having eight operations, six rounds of chemo, three hickman line operations, three hospital stays, I totally was not the clinician I am today for about three years, and now he's ten years old." She noted that her son now swims for Swim England on the dive team and expressed gratitude to the donor family.

Schedule Changes This Week

Loose Women has made several schedule changes this week. On Monday, the show confirmed it would broadcast for an additional 15 minutes each day, except Thursday, due to sports coverage. The regular show airs weekdays on ITV from 12:30pm.
