Channel 4 has confirmed a brand new travel series hosted by First Dates star Fred Sirieix, titled Fred's Ultimate Hotels. The hospitality expert will travel the globe exploring the world's most luxurious hotels, from the Royal Mansour in Marrakech to Raffles Singapore.
Fred's Five Fs and Behind-the-Scenes Access
Fred will use his own Five Fs framework: First Impressions, Facilities, Flawless Service, Fine Details, and Feeling. Each episode sees him first check in as a guest, then swap luxury for a staff uniform to work alongside hotel teams. He will present a Hospitality Hero Award to one exceptional staff member per episode.
Speaking about the show, Fred said: "People often think the secret to a great hotel is the building, the food or the luxury. Of course, those things matter but for me, it's always about the people. The welcome, the attention to detail and the passion of the staff are what turn a wonderful hotel into an unforgettable experience."
