In the new episode, Dylan's relapse spirals into a full-blown drinking binge that lasts all night. He wakes up on the toilet floor of the hotel where the event took place, jolted awake by a call from Rash seeking his guidance on a patient.

Worse for wear, Dylan scrambles to the hospital to begin his shift but is immediately confronted by Matty, who reveals he witnessed his father drinking.
