Artificial intelligence has created striking images revealing what model and television personality Chrissy Teigen might have looked like at age 40 if she had never undergone cosmetic procedures.
A Natural Alternative Revealed
The computer-generated images, produced to mark Teigen's 40th birthday, show a dramatically different appearance from her current look. The AI technology analysed photographs of the businesswoman from her younger years and predicted how she would have aged naturally without any surgical interventions.
The results present a version of Teigen with fuller cheeks, a different hairline, and more natural eyebrows - a stark contrast to her actual appearance after years of being open about her cosmetic enhancements.
Teigen's Surgical Journey
Chrissy Teigen has been remarkably transparent about the numerous procedures she's undertaken over the years. Back in 2017, she first disclosed to Allure magazine that she had undergone armpit fat removal surgery nine years earlier.
'I had my armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things I've done,' Teigen revealed. 'It's a big secret, but I don't care. It added two inches to my arms. It made me feel better in strapless dresses, and I felt more confident.'
In 2020, the star admitted to Glamour UK that she received breast implants at 20 years old during the peak of her modelling career. 'It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky,' she explained.

More recently, in 2021, Teigen shared on social media that she had undergone buccal fat removal from her cheeks. She showcased her results while tagging Dr. Jason Diamond, the surgeon who performed the procedure.
'Since I quit drinking, I'm really seeing the results, and I like it,' she commented at the time. 'Yeah, I did it, what?'
She soon followed this revelation with news of an eyebrow transplant from the same doctor. 'I never wear makeup if I can avoid it so I was so excited about this eyebrow transplant surgery where they take hairs from the back of your head,' she wrote.
Earlier this year, Teigen sparked concern among fans when she posted a video showing her face bandaged in hospital. She later explained she had undergone a hairline lowering procedure, sharing: 'I had a hairline lowering procedure. Lost a lot in the front from babies and it's just very thin up there. When you see it on a red carpet it's ALWAYS extensions.'
Teigen has also had Botox injected into her jaw muscles, though she clarified this was primarily to relieve tension from clenching rather than for cosmetic purposes. She notably attributed this condition to stress related to former President Donald Trump, once tweeting: 'I also had Botox in my jaw muscle to relieve tension from constantly clinching. Additionally, the model has previously disclosed having veneers fitted to her teeth. 'I shaved away my teeth and made them into little pencil points for nice teeth, that's kind of weird if you think about it,' she told Harper's Bazaar. 'I was a notorious teeth-grinder, so all my front teeth became a couple millimeters shorter.'
