A man who watched Ted Lasso for the first time has admitted he thinks the show is incredible, despite not being a football fan. The fourth season of the award-winning Apple TV series premiered today (August 5), and the new viewer shared his thoughts on Reddit.
First Impressions of the Show
Posting in the R/TedLasso community, the commenter said he had heard good things about the show and decided to give it a try after getting two free months of Apple TV. He wrote: "What a show. The writers and directors had a hit with this one. only on episode seven, but so far every single episode has made me laugh out loud - guffaw even - and yet has also managed to bring me to tears."
He added: "What a wholesome and beautiful reminder that the most important thing in the world is not to be the best, not to be the smartest, not to be the strongest… just to be kind. It's truly inspirational."
