Strictly Come Dancing is back in full force, and for some their favourite day of the year is fast approaching. We are under 24 hours away from Movie Week, one of the most anticipated themed episodes of the popular BBC dancing competition.
On Saturday, October 23, audiences can expect beautiful performances with music from their favourite films including, Beauty and the Beast, Pretty Woman, Grease and The Godfather among others.
First look at film-themed dances
The BBC have released a first look at this weekend's show, and the fabulous film themed dances that the Strictly pros have in store for audiences. The performances were pre-recorded earlier this year.
The dancers will be going wild, dressing up as Zootropolis animals and dancing to Shakira's Try Everything and Zoo from the movie. Viewers will be able to spot their favourite characters from the film including Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde and Mayor Winddancer from the second movie.
The Strictly pros will also be performing a major The Devil Wears Prada number, featuring judges Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse as Meryl Streep's iconic character Miranda Priestly. Pictures show the judge in a platinum blonde bob wig with a gorgeous red sequin power suit. They'll be dancing to Lady Gaga's songs from the sequel, Runway and Shape of a Woman.
