The upcoming Scrubs revival has confirmed the return of two more original cast members, putting an end to fan speculation. Neill Flynn, who played the Janitor, and Christa Miller, who portrayed Jordan Sullivan, will both reprise their roles in the new season.
Fans had expressed concern over the Janitor's absence from promotional trailers, but Deadline has now confirmed his involvement. Jordan Sullivan, Dr Cox's ex-wife and occasional love interest for JD, is also set to return, adding further drama to the series.
Both actors have recently appeared in Shrinking, another series from Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence. Their addition means that only Ken Jenkins, who played Dr Bob Kelso, remains unconfirmed among the major original cast members.
The revival, which serves as a tenth season, will also feature several new guest stars. Rachel Bilson will play Charlie, a mysterious visitor; Andy Ridings will portray Wes, a pilot delivering organs; and Lisa Gilroy will appear as Lily, a harp player in the hospital lobby.
Scrubs season 10 is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on 26 February 2026. The series will reunite previously announced cast members including Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Sarah Chalke, Judy Reyes, and John C McGinley.
