Scarlett Moffatt was eliminated from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! on Thursday night, missing out on a place in the final and becoming the last woman standing. The 35-year-old former Gogglebox star lost the 'Keep your eye on the ball' challenge, setting up an all-male final four – the first on the ITV show in over two decades.
An emotional Moffatt told hosts Ant and Dec: "I'm gutted that it's four blokes left. I wanted to do it for the girls!" She had earlier admitted the camp chat had become "blokey" but insisted she was "doing it for all the ladies" who had already left.
Reflecting on her second stint in the jungle – she previously won in 2016 – Moffatt said she felt less overwhelmed this time. "I know who I am so I just enjoyed it and went in there less intimidated," she said. She praised the campmates as "eccentrically wonderful" and noted a sense of calm because they had all done the show before.
Moffatt, who announced her pregnancy this week, backed Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah to win. "Nobody deserves it as much as him. I really do hope he wins!" she said, adding that Farah had "made me a better person". She also bonded with Ashley Roberts and discussed serious topics such as miscarriage.
Looking back on her experience, Moffatt said she would most miss the "campfire chats" and the opportunity for reflection without distractions.
