The One Show presenter Roman Kemp was forced to apologise after guest Martin Clunes dropped an expletive during Thursday's live broadcast.
The Doc Martin star was discussing the US remake of his hit show when he referred to a dog as a 'son of a b***h', prompting laughter in the studio and a swift apology from Kemp.
Co-host Alex Jones jokingly chastised Clunes, saying: 'You've been on a hundred times!' Clunes defended himself by noting the term referred to a female dog.

The incident occurred as Clunes commented on a preview clip of the American version, titled Best Medicine, starring Josh Charles as Dr Martin Best.
