The second series of Disney+ drama Rivals has continued to raise temperatures, with episode five featuring a naked swim for Aidan Turner and a passionate encounter between David Tennant's character and his on-screen lover.
Aidan Turner, who plays Declan O'Hara, was shown swimming nude in a loch before emerging in a Bond-esque shot that displayed his chiselled physique. A wider angle captured the actor baring his backside as he dressed.
Meanwhile, Declan's estranged wife Maud grew increasingly intimate with show antagonist Tony Baddingham, played by David Tennant. In one scene, the pair jumped on a grand piano for a passionate encounter, and later Tony pressed Maud against glass windows while his stunned assistant looked on.
Last week, viewers watched Danny Dyer's character Freddie get steamy with Lizzie in a pool, despite both being married. Danny, 48, joked that his daughters were desperate to avoid watching, saying: 'Dad, I need time codes.' He also defended full-frontal nudity, stating: 'If a woman's getting her breasts out, why shouldn't I get it all out?'
Danny revealed he had to learn new skills for the series, including polo and French, alongside more Japanese. He quipped: 'I can now actually ride a horse - I’ve been lying about it for many years.'
