Olivia Attwood has revealed she was 'rescued' from her toilet floor by a neighbour after being struck down by a mystery illness. The former Love Island star, 31, took to Instagram Stories on Sunday to share her health ordeal, posting a picture of herself cuddled up to her dog Stitch and another snap from the doctor.
'What a week. Anyone else been whipped out by one of these sickness bugs? Thank god for my lovely neighbour who rescued me from the toilet floor and took me to the doctors,' she wrote. Attwood explained that her fiancé Bradley was away, leaving her alone with her two dogs. 'Stitch not left my side. Lolly on the other hand has kept her distance. Street dog instincts, only the strong survive.'
The health update comes just days after the reality star hinted at a possible return to Love Island, the ITV show that launched her to fame in 2017. During a fan Q&A, she was asked if she would go back as a bombshell, to which she replied: 'Maybe not a bombshell. I'm a day 1 kinda gal.'
Attwood was a firm fan favourite on season three of Love Island, finishing in third place alongside Chris Hughes. The pair dated for around six months after the show ended, with Attwood later describing their relationship as 'toxic'. She subsequently rekindled her romance with Bradley, whom she had dated before entering the villa, and the couple are set to marry later this year.
