Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger will exclusively stream on Disney+ and Hulu from 9 October, with the version arriving on the platforms set to include “exclusive unseen footage”.
The documentary follows the reunion of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher on their sold-out tour, performing together for the first time in 15 years. Its release coincided with the Britpop legend’s announcement of a 2027 world tour, and days after going on staggered sale, tickets for their Oasis Live ’27 tour have officially sold out.
Premiere and box office success
After its premiere at the 83rd Venice Film Festival, the film’s theatrical release brought in £2.66 million during its opening weekend alone. The reunion followed a long-standing feud between Liam and Noel after the band split in 2009 following an explosive row in Paris.
For fans, their 2025 world tour was the greatest reunion in music history, and the concert film offers a chance to relive it. The documentary’s creator and writer Steven Knight said: “We were [capturing] a very emotional story, about family, about two brothers. But also the effect their music is having on generations coming together in the stadium.”

The documentary will exclusively stream on Disney+ and Hulu, which has a standard subscription plan for £5.99 a month. This news comes shortly after the announcement of their 2027 world tour, which begins in Glasgow in May next year. The 42-date tour sold out within just a few days of going on sale.
Directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace and scripted by BAFTA and Oscar-nominated Steven Knight – who has just been confirmed as the screenwriter for the next James Bond movie – the documentary features full performances and the first joint interview the brothers have done in over 20 years. Viewers not only get full performances of Wonderwall and Slide Away, but other hit songs will feature for the first time.
