It is hard to believe that it has been 15 years since Made In Chelsea first appeared on our screens. With 30 series now completed, the show continues to thrive as cameras follow a cast of young stars navigating their luxurious lives in SW3. Many of the show's prominent figures have built successful careers beyond the reality series, from Sam Thompson's presenting and podcasting to Spencer Matthews' marathon running and Lucy Watson's work as a PETA ambassador and cookbook author.
Sam Thompson
Sam, now 33, has undergone a remarkable transformation since his early days on the show. He has worked on his physique, dyed his hair, and sports noticeably straighter teeth. Following his breakup from Zara McDermott in early 2025, he embarked on a viral glow-up, hitting the gym and committing to fitness for his Soccer Aid 260-mile running and cycling challenge. He has also dyed his hair and beard darker and opted for a mullet. Speaking to the Daily Mail, he admitted he sometimes thinks how bad he looked and decided to make changes. He has been questioned about cosmetic procedures, including a salmon-sperm facial, and confessed that Zara made him get Botox.
Millie Mackintosh
Millie, who was at the centre of a love triangle in series one, has been open about her 'tweakments,' including Botox, a boob job, and CoolSculpting. She also quit alcohol in summer 2022 after recognising unhealthy habits, describing herself as having an alcohol use disorder. She has tried Quantum RF and polynucleotide treatments.
Lucy Watson
Lucy, now 35, joined the show in 2012 and became a fan favourite. On the spin-off Beyond Chelsea, she joked she has a 'whole new face,' though she has insisted she hasn't had work done. She attributes her glowing skin to vegan and cruelty-free products.
Spencer Matthews
Spencer, now 37, left the show after season 10 and underwent an incredible body transformation after getting sober and starting a strict fitness regime. He has completed extreme challenges, including 30 marathons in 30 days and seven Ironman triathlons on seven continents in 21 days, earning three Guinness World Records.
Binky Felstead
Binky, who starred from 2011 to 2017, looks similar to her MIC days but has admitted to cosmetic injections, including Profhilo. She joked that her husband thinks she was born this way.
Rosie Fortescue
Rosie, now 36, has been open about getting composite bonding for her teeth and uses an LED Hair Growth Helmet, LED face mask, and vibration plate for beauty and wellness.
Ollie Locke
Ollie, now 39, has chopped his flowing mane and looks different from his early days. He has had Botox and underwent surgery to pin his ears back in 2012.
Louise Thompson
Louise, now 36, admitted she used to get Botox but quit due to risks. She has faced health complications since the birth of her son, including PTSD, lupus, and ulcerative colitis, and had a 'lifesaving' stoma bag fitted in 2024.
Tiffany Watson
Tiffany, now 33, admitted to getting lip fillers in 2022 and has welcomed two children with her husband since leaving the show.
