Little House on the Prairie 2026 Netflix Cast: Full List of Actors
Little House on the Prairie 2026 Netflix Cast Revealed

Netflix's highly anticipated reboot of Little House on the Prairie premieres globally on July 9, 2026, with an ensemble cast that includes both fresh faces and seasoned actors. The eight-part drama, based on Laura Ingalls Wilder's beloved books, departs from the original 1970s series by setting the story in Kansas rather than Walnut Grove, Minnesota.

Lead Roles

Alice Halsey stars as Laura Ingalls, the spirited author of the original books. The child actor, previously seen in Apple TV+'s Lessons in Chemistry, Days of Our Lives, Night Court, and Kindergarten: The Musical, takes over the role made famous by Melissa Gilbert.

Luke Bracey portrays Charles 'Pa' Ingalls, the family's resilient patriarch. The Australian actor, known for Holidate, Hacksaw Ridge, and Little Fires Everywhere, steps into the shoes of the late Michael Landon, who originally played the role.
