Mark Fowler Jr (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) is left reeling in upcoming EastEnders scenes when Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) makes quite the request of him.
Lauren, as viewers know, had some explaining to do this week when Peter Beale (Thomas Law) suspected she was cheating on him with Mark. Though she has, in fact, contemplated an affair with Mark – with scenes last month seeing the pair share a number of passionate kisses – Lauren was able to cover by telling her husband a very different story about what she’s been getting up to with the former gangster.

Peter was left speechless when Lauren confirmed that she and Mark have been doing up and selling on dodgy motors at the car lot as a way to make more money. Horrified by her confession, Peter claimed he couldn’t see a way forward for them together and, after sharing the truth with Max Branning (Jake Wood) and Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), he kicked Lauren out of her own home.
New pictures confirm what happens next, with Cindy offering support to son Peter in helping him pick up the pieces of his marriage. Lauren, meanwhile, is fully aware of just how close her and Peter’s relationship is to breaking point.

However, she is also struggling with the fact that she has strong feelings for Mark and thus agrees to meet with him. Upon coming face-to-face with Mark, Lauren asks him to prove just how much she means to him.
But to Mark’s shock, she makes a big request. The question is: just what does Lauren ask of him? And will Mark comply?
