Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling Welcome Second Child

Laura Whitmore, the Irish TV presenter and former host of Love Island, has announced the birth of her second child with husband Iain Stirling. The 41-year-old shared the news on social media, revealing the baby arrived unexpectedly early last month.

In her post, Whitmore wrote: 'A new player has entered the game! We welcomed the most precious baby last month, unexpectedly early and with dramatic flair (wouldn’t expect anything else).' She added that she had been 'enjoying baby smells, lack of sleep and scrumptious hands and wrists.'

Scottish comedian Iain Stirling, known as the narrator of Love Island, also celebrated the arrival with a social media post featuring a white knitted beanie, boots, and a jumper embroidered with 'littlest living legend.' He captioned it: 'Say hello to our newest living legend. I always wanted someone in the house who would stay up late and watch the World Cup with me. But this feels a little excessive.'
