Kelly Clarkson is returning to The Voice for Season 30, NBC confirmed, following the end of her syndicated talk show. She will rejoin fellow coach Adam Levine, who was previously announced to return. Clarkson and Levine are the only coaches confirmed for the upcoming season so far.
NBC shared the news on Instagram with a video montage of Clarkson's past appearances on the show, captioned: 'Team Kelly has RE-entered the chat. Kelly Clarkson returns as a Coach this fall on The Voice!'
Clarkson announced in February that the current seventh season of The Kelly Clarkson Show, concluding this fall, would be its last. In a statement, she said stepping away from the daily schedule would allow her to prioritise her children and hinted at a potential return to The Voice saying: 'You may catch me on The Voice from time to time.'
Clarkson first joined The Voice as a coach in 2014 and has served for a total of ten seasons.
