Katie Price has admitted she has no idea how many cosmetic surgeries she has had, estimating at least 30 to 40 procedures during an interview with Olivia Attwood for the show The Price of Perfection.
Counting the Procedures
When asked about the number of breast augmentations, Price said: “I’ve no idea… But it's many.” She dismissed a suggestion of 17 or 18 boob jobs, adding: “I don’t think I’ve had 17 but I couldn’t tell.” Later, she began counting: approximately 10 boob jobs, four face surgeries, one on her eyebrows, two on her nose, three on her bottom, and two on her stomach.
Recent Surgery and Future Plans
Filmed in April 2026, Price was only two weeks into recovery from another breast operation. Her surgeon removed old implants and inserted new ones “like flat pack and filled it up”. Noticing swelling on the left, she said that if it did not subside she would have the right breast “pumped up to match”. She added: “That one’s soft, it definitely needs more in it.”
Pain and Family
Olivia Attwood expressed surprise at Price’s nonchalance despite recent surgery. Price, 48, compared the pain to childbirth: “They say it’s like a baby, you forget the pain.” She said she has stopped informing her family about procedures because “they don't always approve… Everyone for 30 years always says ‘Kate don’t do this, don’t do that.’ But I do it anyway.”
Looking Ahead and Regrets
Price, who started with breast enlargement at 18, reflected on ageing: “I wonder what I’m going to look like when I’m 90. The boobs will be up here, the teeth don’t last. I’m going to look horrific.” She noted she could have had more free surgeries but did not take advantage. Many procedures were gifted; she estimated spending only around £40,000 total.
Despite her willingness for more surgery — including a lip operation after filming — she expressed regret about starting young. “I’d love to know what I’d look like if I didn’t have surgery. Now we’ll never know.” The first episode of Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection series three airs on ITV2 on 4 August.
