The ITV Reality Showcase returned for another year on July 17, 2026, hosted by Ruth Langsford at ITV's White City base in West London. The event offered an exclusive first look at the network's upcoming reality TV schedule, drawing some of the biggest names in British reality television.
Junior and Princess Andre Promote The Princess Diaries
Junior and Princess Andre attended the showcase ahead of the release of the third series of Princess's reality show, The Princess Diaries. The four-part series is set to air on ITV2 on July 28, following Princess as she turns 19 and navigates life as a young adult. The show has proven to be a huge hit with ITV2 viewers, raking in impressive figures and being renewed for three seasons. Princess has followed in the footsteps of her famous parents, Peter Andre and Katie Price, also appearing in Katie's new Sky documentary, Katie Price: Nothing to Hide.
TOWIE Stars Return for 38th Season
Amy Childs and Harry Derbridge represented The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), which has been going strong for 37 seasons. The latest season saw the cast jet off to Vietnam, and the 38th instalment, set to air this autumn, will feature both of them. Amy Childs, an original TOWIE cast member, rejoined the show for its 10-year anniversary in 2020 and has been a key fixture ever since. Harry Derbridge, also an original cast member since 2010, has been a regular since his return in 2020. Other TOWIE regulars on the red carpet included Junaid Ahmed, who joined the show in 2022, and Saffron Lempiere, who joined in 2018 and has been on the show for eight years.
Love Island Stars from Recent Seasons
Several Love Island stars from the 2025 and 2026 seasons attended the showcase. Ope Sawande appeared on Season 13 of ITV2's dating show, entering the villa as a main cast member on the first day before being dumped on day 10. Mara Pirez was a fixture on the 2026 series, joining the villa in a dramatic entrance alongside Simba Kudyiwa on episode 31; the 25-year-old Cape Verde bombshell also appeared in Dave and Central Cee's iconic 'Sprinter' music video. Yasmin Pettet from Season 12 entered the villa on day 5 and came in third place with Jamie Rhodes on day 58. Toni Laites made history as the first American to win Love Island UK, entering the villa in episode 10 of Season 12 as a bombshell and winning alongside Cach Mercer in 2025. Shakira Khan, also from Season 12, entered on the first day and was crowned runner-up alongside Harry Cooksley. Charleen Murphy from Season 13 came into Casa Amor as a bombshell on day 23 before being dumped on day 30. Sean Fitzgerald, also from the 2026 series, entered on the first day and coupled up with Lola before being booted out on day 30.
Ruth Langsford Hosts the Event
Ruth Langsford, known for This Morning and Loose Women, hosted the event. While not a reality star herself, she is one of ITV's big hitters and was on hand to present the showcase.
