ITV's The Dark Viewers Complain About Audio Issues

ITV viewers were quick to spot an issue minutes into the first episode of the new thriller 'The Dark,' which premiered on Sunday, July 12. Many complained about the audio, struggling to hear dialogue over background music.

Plot and Cast

Adapted from GR Halliday's novel 'From the Shadows,' the six-part series follows DI Monica Kennedy (Laura Donnelly) and her new partner DC Connor Crawford (Mark Rowley) as they hunt a serial killer in the Scottish countryside. The cast also includes Helen Baxendale. The synopsis describes a tense cat-and-mouse game where fear spreads through a rural community and secrets unravel.
