The TV adaptation of Interview with the Vampire, now streaming on BBC iPlayer, has been hailed by fans as "a masterpiece" and one of the best literary adaptations ever made.
The Gothic horror series, based on Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, follows vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) as he recounts his turbulent relationship with vampire Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid). It first hit screens as a 1994 film starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, then became a series in 2022. Three series have aired so far, and viewers are hooked.
