Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) lays it all on the line in Hollyoaks next week, admitting a big truth to a stunned Dodger Savage (Danny Mac).
The two characters, as viewers know, embarked on a secret affair earlier this year, months after sharing a stolen kiss at the hospital. They’d previously grown close, much to the chagrin of Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) – who was dating Cleo at the time – but they later assured the florist that their dalliance was at an end.
Secret meetings continue
But sparks continued to fly for Dodger and Cleo and, with Sienna now behind bars, they’ve struggled to stay away from one another, despite the fact that Dodger is dating a member of Cleo’s family in Theresa (Jorgie Porter).
Scenes set to air this week will see Cleo and Dodger meet in secret once again and it seems that they’re intent on continuing their romance, with new spoilers for next week confirming that they’re still in each other’s orbit.
A night of talking
The duo realise that they have more than just sexual chemistry between them after spending the whole night talking.
Cleo later finds Abigail (Brooke Vincent) at The Dog and sparks fly once more as they hook up again. But while Abigail is smitten with her, Cleo doesn’t feel the same, letting the newcomer down gently as she calls their romance quits.
Abigail’s breakdown
Unbeknown to Cleo, Abigail has a breakdown in The Dog bathroom. Cleo, meanwhile, admits a big truth to Dodger later in the week. The question is: just what does she have to say? And will it spell the end of their dalliance or further strengthen it?
What’s more, just where will Theresa factor in? She is sure to be devastated when the truth comes out about Dodger and Cleo’s affair – but just who is it that Dodger wants to be with?
