Grace Van Patten is set to star in the ITV true crime drama The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, which premieres tonight, Friday, July 17, at 9pm. The eight-part series follows the real-life story of Amanda Knox, who was wrongfully convicted in Italy for her roommate's murder in 2007 and spent four years in an Italian prison.
Grace Van Patten's Famous Sister
Van Patten is not the only Hollywood star in her family. She shares the screen with her younger sister, Anna Van Patten, who plays Deanna, Amanda's younger sister. Anna Van Patten is best known for her role as Kitty in the third and final season of Euphoria earlier this year. Kitty is a soft-spoken exotic dancer who becomes entangled in the darker criminal activities of the strip club management.
Anna Van Patten has also appeared in minor roles in FBI Most Wanted, Law & Order: SVU, and the Gossip Girl reboot as Grace Byron. The sisters were born into show business, thanks to their father, Emmy Award-winning director Timothy Van Patten, who has worked on iconic shows such as Boardwalk Empire, The Sopranos, and Game of Thrones.
Grace Van Patten's Career and Relationship
Grace Van Patten made her acting debut as a child on The Sopranos, where her father cast her as Ally Pontecorvo, the daughter of gangster Eugene Pontecorvo, in two season six episodes. The 29-year-old actress is also in a long-term relationship with her Tell Me Lies co-star Jackson White. The pair met while auditioning for the roles of Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco in 2022. Despite their toxic on-screen relationship, Grace shared with People last year that their romance is 'the exact opposite' away from the cameras. She said, 'He's such a dedicated, ambitious human that I learn from every day, and he's so extremely supportive.'
