Eurovision Hopes

Sam Battle will be representing the UK at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, performing his song Eins, Zwei, Drei. BBC viewers will watch him take the stage next week in hopes of securing a win for the nation. During his Good Morning Britain appearance, Sam teased that the staging would be memorable, hinting at a risky move. "I can't give away too much, but there's an element of risk that's a bit risky, and if I miss the points, then I might have very bruised shins," he said. When Ed asked if there was any gymnastics involved, Sam hinted at some movement, adding: "I've got two left feet, but they've trained my feet to be a little bit less left-footed, but not too much dancing!"

Good Morning Britain airs on ITVX, and the first Eurovision Song Contest semi-final will be broadcast on Tuesday, May 12 at 8pm on BBC One.
