Fans of the BBC comedy Ghosts have a rare opportunity to visit the set of the upcoming film The Possession of Button House at West Horsley Place in Surrey. The estate has served as the filming location for the series since 2019, with its manor house doubling as the decaying home of characters Alison and Mike.
The competition, run by West Horsley Place, offers 100 winners a tour of the set on either Saturday 21 or Sunday 22 March 2026. Each winner can bring up to three guests. However, the cast will not be present during the visit, and photography is prohibited to avoid spoilers.
Entries cost £25 via the West Horsley Place website, with free postal entries also accepted. The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 15 March 2026, and winners will be notified within 48 hours. It is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, but guests of any age are permitted.
Tours are expected to last 90 minutes to two hours, with staggered slots between 9:30am and 4:15pm. Proceeds from paid entries support the charitable conservation of West Horsley Place. The organisers described it as "a rare opportunity to glimpse something truly special."
The feature film, written by the show's creators, promises "one more adventure" and includes returning cast members Lolly Adefope, Charlotte Ritchie, and Kiell Smith-Bynoe, alongside new faces. Ghosts is available on BBC iPlayer, with the film releasing soon.
