Gemma Collins Announces Television Comeback with Personal Reality Series

The announcement marks her first major television project in six years, following the conclusion of her previous series Diva Forever in 2019.

Behind the Scenes of 'Four Weddings And A Baby'

Taking to Instagram, the 45-year-old reality star posted a photograph from the production, captioning it: "So excited for you to see my new show 1 year in the making." The eight-episode series, titled Four Weddings And A Baby, has been developed in partnership with Sky and will document Gemma's life over the coming twelve months.

The programme promises to offer viewers unprecedented access to Collins' personal world, featuring intimate home life scenes, star-studded occasions, and the complexities of managing a blended family. Central to the narrative will be her journey towards marriage and motherhood.

Planning a Wedding and Pursuing Motherhood

Gemma is engaged to her long-term partner Rami Hawash, 50, whom she originally met in 2011. The couple became engaged during a luxurious getaway to The Maldives in February 2024. Alongside planning her dream wedding, Collins will be documenting her heartfelt pursuit of motherhood through IVF treatment.

Speaking about the upcoming series, Gemma revealed: "This really is the most important year of my life, and for the first time people will get to see the Gemma behind the GC. Over the next year I will be planning my wedding and beginning the steps into starting a family."

She continued: "I've always felt natural in front of the cameras, but now I want to let the world see the real raw me sharing the most intimate and personal times in my life. I feel ready to truly open up, not just about the present, but about my past and everything I've been through to become the woman I am today."

From TOWIE to Multi-Millionaire Status

Gemma Collins first rose to prominence through her appearances on the reality show The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) from 2011 to 2019. Since departing the series, her fortune has expanded substantially, transforming her into a multi-millionaire through various television ventures, fashion ranges, and commercial partnerships.

Her television portfolio includes appearances on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2014, though her stint lasted just three days before she withdrew. She has also participated in Celebrity Big Brother, Dancing On Ice, Celebrity MasterChef, and Celebs Go Dating.

Previous Series and Political Commentary

Collins' earlier programme Diva Forever launched in 2019 and continued for three seasons, offering audiences insight into her world as she balanced career ambitions, business ventures, and personal relationships. The series occasionally ventured into political territory, with Gemma famously discussing Brexit on Good Morning Britain before confessing to cameras: "Brexit? I need to go into politics. I voted out. But I did tell a bit of a lie there. I was put on the spot. I didn't vote leave Brexit."

As a proud stepmother to Rami's son Tristan, Gemma has been open about her desire to expand their family. The upcoming Sky series represents both a professional comeback and a deeply personal journey that Collins describes as "the most important year of my life." The programme is scheduled for release next year, with filming already underway.
